Privacy policy

When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, company (optional), email address and message you provide, along with the language you're browsing in.

We do not use cookies and we do not run any analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

Your browser stores your language preference locally on your device (not on our servers) so the site remembers it on your next visit.

Solely to respond to your enquiry - to quote, arrange samples, or otherwise follow up on what you asked for. This is a legitimate business interest in handling enquiries you have initiated.

Your IP address is checked briefly, in memory only, to prevent spam and automated abuse of the form. It is never stored alongside your enquiry and is discarded automatically within minutes.

Your enquiry is emailed to our team via our email provider, Zoho. It is not sold, rented, or shared with any other third party, and is not used for marketing unless you separately ask to be added to trade updates.

The site itself is hosted by Hostinger. No enquiry data is processed by any advertising or analytics company.

Your enquiry lives in our mailbox for as long as is reasonably needed to handle the business relationship it relates to. You can ask us to delete it at any time - see below.

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how it's used, at any time, by emailing info@fiona.com.mk. If you're in the EU or EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

If this policy changes in any meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
